Some foods can bind to Levothyroxine in the digestive tract, reducing the absorption and effectiveness of the medicine. Avoid taking calcium-rich foods, walnuts, soybean flour and dairy within 2 hours of taking Levothyroxine.

It is recommended to take Eltroxin first thing in the morning on an empty stomach at least 30 minutes before eating or taking other medicines
